2. Document of approval by authoritative organization;

3. Company constitution

4. Name Pre-examination Notification

5. ID document of the investors

6. ID documents of the board members, supervisors and managers

7. ID document of the legal person

8. Certification on assessment of capital

9. Legal document of asset transfer if the fund invested is not cash

10. Domicile certificate of the company

11. The minutes of the establishment meeting;

12. Pre-approval document or certificate

13. Power of Attorney for Serving Legal Documents

14. Other documents concerned.

Materials submitted

1. An application for registration of change signed by the company's legal representative

2. An application for registration of change according to the company law of China

3. Other documents required by National Bureau

Cancellation

1. The company is declared bankrupt as provided by law

2. Where the operating period as specified in the articles of association is expired or occurrence of other issues resulting in dissolution as specified in the articles of association

3. The shareholders' meeting or the shareholders' assembly decides to dissolve it

4. Business license be revoked in accordance with the law, ordered to turn off or been revoked

5. Dissolved by the court

6. Legal and administrative regulations of other reasons

Materials to be submitted

1. An application for cancellation of registration signed by the person in charge of the company's liquidation group

2. With approval document issue by the same authority

3. Decision made according to the law

4. Liquidation report affirmed by the law

5. Duty paid proof issued by the customers or tax bureau (Proof showing branches have been shut)

6. Enterprise business license /copy

7. Other document

Charging

Item 56 of Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of Company Registration and other related government documents issued on August 1, 1992, October 20, 1999, December 6, 2004.

Registered capital below 10 million, 0.8‰; registered capital over 10 million, the part that surpasses- 0.4‰, but if over 100 million, no extra charging. The fees for registration is 50 yuan at the minimum, 300 yuan for a branch, and 100 yuan for alteration.

Time line

Within 30 days according to the law;

Will be dealt with within 7 working days

Process

Examination, acceptance and settle.

Annul examination

March 1 to June 30 every year.
