Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) should be included in the physical examinations of drivers, Ji proposed.

He said the syndrome should be emphasized among drivers and anyone who has OSAHS should receive treatment and not be allowed to drive before recovering from the syndrome.

Xu expects to see tourism in Beilun soar by integrating the resources of beaches, ports, villages and old streets. "Many people coming to Beilun want to see the blue sea and port scenery, but the ports are not open to the public, a great pity to visitors," Xu said.

She offered some suggestions on port tourism development, hoping to promote the reputation of Ningbo's ports.

Ren attached importance to designation or construction of terminal stations of bus lines. He said these stations are management and control centers for buses and will benefit the city's transportation improvement.

He advised that those constructing terminal stations should consider the potential development of neighboring areas.

Considering the increasing popularity of sharing bikes, Yin put forward some suggestions to improve supervision over them. She said the Ningbo government should learn from Shenzhou's good experience, cooperating with companies and making regulations on the parking and riding of shared bikes. Use of the bikes should be included in the social credit system, according to Yin.
