Czech Republic, guest country of honor of the 3rd China-CEEC Investment and Trade Expo, organized a group of 27 exhibitors to attend the event in Ningbo, Zhejiang province, from June 9 to 12.
A highlight of the Czech exhibition was the central European country's luxury products, such as PRIM Manufacture 1949 wristwatches and crystal lighting made by Preciosa, which debuted at the expo, according to Petr Mrhálek, executive vice president of Czech China Chamber of Collaboration, organizer of the Czech exhibitors.

PRIM Manufacture 1949 has been manufacturing wristwatches for over six decades and has become a symbol of quality and craftsmanship. Its wristwatches sell on average at prices between $5,000 and $7,000, and are even worn by the Czech head of state, said Aleš Fleischmann, executive director and board member of the company.
Fleischmann said it was PRIM's first visit to China, prompted by the closer Czech-China relations under the Belt and Road Initiative. They hope to tap into the Chinese market and expand the presence of their brand in China via the expo.
Fleischmann said that some importers have expressed the intention to cooperate with them and that many citizens showed interest in their watches during the expo, which give them confidence in developing in the Chinese market.
