Marek Ondroušek: B&R Initiative excellent basis for China-Czech cooperation

The Belt and Road Initiative is considered an excellent basis for complex economic cooperation between China and Czech Republic, according to Marek Ondroušek, Deputy Minister of Czech Industry and Trade, at the 2nd China-CEEC Forum on Cooperation and Development on June 9.
Ondroušek said he expects investments in manufacturing enterprises in Czech Republic and China, cooperation in infrastructure development, energy, aviation, science and technology, finance, transportation and logistics, health, standards and certification, agriculture and many other areas.
The deputy minister also mentioned that the 3rd China-CEEC Investment and Trade Expo held in Ningbo is a very important part of in the Czech 2017 activities in China called the "Czech Year on Belt and Road".
The 2nd China-CEEC Forum on Cooperation and Development is part of the 3rd China-CEEC Investment and Trade Expo. The forum, attended by leaders from China and CEE countries, aims to deepen China-CEEC economic trade cooperation and further develop the Belt and Road Initiative.
