Ningbo, a major manufacturing city in East China's Zhejiang province, is going to promote high-tech exchanges and look for top global talents during the upcoming Ningbo Talents, Science and Technology Week from Sept 23 to Sept 28.

Ningbo is China's first pilot city implementing the "Made in China 2025" strategy and the first pilot zone for Belt and Road Initiative in Zhejiang. To better support the crucial roles the city is playing in high-tech manufacturing development, Ningbo is determined to attract more high-caliber professionals from around the world.

The five-day event will have recruitment fairs, matchmaking events for overseas returnees, displays of latest technological products, competitions for start-ups and forums on various topics.
