Beilun district's foreign experts recommending top talents from their own friend circles to Beilun has become a new way of talent introduction in Beilun, head of the district's talent service center recently said to the local media.

"Such a method is far more efficient than traditional talent recruitment," said Kui Liangwei, president of Ningbo Chenglu Group, leading supplier of injection molding machines in China. "I myself have met with a dozen foreign experts over the past few years, but it is the three or four of them that can be introduced to play a significant role in Chenglu."

In 2007, Chenglu introduced German expert Warner Schrammel, but unexpectedly, the German expert brought a big surprise to the company– his German counterpart Hans Warburg who has 30 years' research experience in injection molding machine industry and owns 48 patents for invention of high-end equipment.

Warburg has finished a series of research projects after taking the post of Chenglu's head engineer, including new screws, central mold clamping, and the world's first machine to produce injection molding parts of carbon fiber.

Now, "to working in Beilun" has become a consensus among the friends of Beilun's overseas experts, head of the district's talent service center said.

The district itself also hires overseas experts as its ambassador of talent introduction and released relevant policies to give their financial support.

At present, approximately 7,000 foreign experts have been introduced to Beilun district, 800 of whom permanently stay in Beilun district.
