A Ningbo-backed sailing team won the New York Yacht Club Race-Around-the-Island at the M32 North America regatta in early June.

After days of races, ChinaOne Ningbo was crowned the M32 World Champion in 2017 and became a runner-up at the World Match Racing events last year.

The Ningbo team now has its sights set on this year's M32 championship and preparations for the 2018 World Match Racing Tour.

Based on Meishan Island, ChinaOne Ningbo is the first sailing team to represent the city at international level.
