Ningbo in Zhejiang province opened its annual light festival at its cultural plaza in Yinzhou district on Dec 8, on the occasion of the first snow of the year falling in the city. 

Residents will have the opportunity to enjoy a visual feast of multiple laser light shows at 18:00, 19:00 and 20:00 every day from Dec 8 to Jan 1 next year. 

In addition, a party for welcoming the New Year will be held from 20:00 on Dec 31 to 0:10 on Jan 1, where various exciting shows will be staged, including songs, dances, and magic performances.
