The Cixi Experimental School affiliated with Zhejiang Normal University will soon finish construction.

The school, located to the north of the Cixi South Coach Station, is a public nine-year school receiving about 340 million yuan in investment. 

It is also the first school affiliated with a university in Cixi, a county-level city in Ningbo.

The school covers an area of nearly 100 mu (6.66 hectares) and has a total floor space of about 61,500 square meters. It consists of a teaching complex, an administrative building, a laboratory building, and a gym.

It is designed to accommodate 54 classes and is scheduled to begin admitting students in September this year. 

Zhejiang Normal University will send a team of experts and consultants to the school on a regular basis to participate in the school's education and management.
