The 2020 CEEC Products Online Fair is slated to be held in Ningbo, East China's Zhejiang province, from June 8 to 17, according to local media reports. 

More than 500 enterprises from Central and Eastern Europe countries have confirmed their participation in the online fair. 

The fair will consist of 18 pavilions, including 17 CEEC national pavilions and a global commodities exhibition area, showcasing a total of eight categories of goods including food and beverages, household goods, alcohol, cosmetics and personal care products, and smart technology. 

In addition to the fair, a huge array of activities including meetings, live streams, and signing ceremonies will be held during the fair. 

Nearly 20 officials from the consulates of nine different countries in China will attend the conference offline, and more than 40 investment agreements with a combined value of over 50 billion yuan ($7.24 billion) are set to be signed.

Ningbo will also sign strategic cooperation agreements with financial institutions from several countries during the event, and the Alibaba EWTP Digital Supply Chain Center, the CEEC International Industrial Cooperation Park, Ningbo Cross-border E-commerce Alliance, and the Global Industrial Investment Promotion (Ningbo) Alliance will be established.

The online event is serving as a replacement for the Second China-CEEC Expo & International Consumer Goods Fair, which was expected to be held in Ningbo in June but had to be postponed until next year due to the COVID-19 epidemic.
