The "Cixi online government service hall", the city's first one-stop online government service hall, was recently launched, according to local media on Aug 10.

The online service hall relies on the Zhejiang government service network and integrates the service functions of the Yangtze River Delta "services to be accessed via one website" and other network platforms. It also adheres to an "online service office" model.

The system enables both online and offline information to be shared across the city and allows registered users to complete all necessary tasks and processes.

The "Cixi online government service hall" services 18 towns (sub-districts) and 329 villages (communities), and offers 140 convenient service centers. Enterprises and residents can visit the online service hall and receive services through platforms such as the "Zheliban" APP and the Cixi administrative service center’s official WeChat account.
