Sanguantang Bridge, connecting Jiangnan Road in the south with Zhongguan West Road in the north, opened to traffic in Ningbo, East China's Zhejiang province on Sept 27, according to local media reports.

The bridge crosses the Yongjiang River and spans a length of 3.3 kilometers. Its opening will greatly reduce travel time between the city's high-tech new area, eastern new city and Zhenhai district.
