Expats experience traditional Chinese culture in Ningbo town

More than 21 expats from nine countries, including Italy, South Africa, Indonesia, Canada, New Zealand, and Turkey, visited Jiulonghu town in Ningbo's Zhenhai district on May 16.
The expats deepened their understanding of traditional Chinese culture after enjoying dragon and lion dances, as well as learning how to make zongzi, or glutinous rice dumplings, and sachets in the town.
A facility has been erected in Jiulong town where foreigners can learn tai chi, Chinese calligraphy, painting, and folk arts to boost international exchanges.
