Ningbo's Fenghua district and Ninghai county were recently given an A rating in an evaluation of "all-for-one" tourism demonstration zones in Zhejiang.

Only seven places from the province obtained an A rating, the highest grade in the assessment.

Fenghua has made great efforts in integrating tourism resources to push forward the comprehensive development of the industry. It plans to turn eight towns (sub-districts) and 92 administrative villages into A-level scenic spots. It has also launched preferential tourism policies targeting visitors from Zhejiang and the Yangtze River Delta region.

Meanwhile, Ninghai county has rolled out 20 cultural and tourism routes and nine rehabilitation routes for workers, with the goal of becoming an important tourism destination in Zhejiang.

In 2019, Ninghai was designated a national "all-for-one" tourism demonstration zone.

The idea of "all-for-one" tourism, which was first mentioned in the 2017 government work report, is aimed at catering to the country's growing demand for tourism products and services and facilitating economic transition.
