Report to congress inspires officials, entrepreneurs

Shi Mengyan, Party chief of Lingfeng sub-district, Beilun district, Ningbo, has been inspired by the report delivered at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China which commenced in Beijing on Oct 16.

In a message posted on her WeChat moments, Shi, a delegate to the Party congress, said she felt confident and proud when listening to the remarks, including unwaveringly supporting the non-public sector development, facilitating a new industrialization model and accelerating China's transformation to be a manufacturer of quality products.

Shi is not the only one to feel this way. The report has also inspired many entrepreneurs in Ningbo like Yao Xianjun, general manager of Ningbo Junling Mould Technology Co Ltd who watched the opening of the Party congress.

"The report of the 20th National Congress called for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through a Chinese path to modernization. I am proud to be a Chinese people and a Chinese entrepreneur," Yao said.

He added that he would strive to ramp up innovation and strengthen practical talent cultivation so as to build his company into a world-class mold company and contribute to the realization of the nation's rejuvenation.

Located in Lingfeng sub-district, Junling is a leading die casting mould supplier in China with an annual output value of hundreds of million yuan. Its clients include Huawei, Tesla, Volkswagen and GM.

The company's output value is expected to register a 70 percent year-on-year uptick, according to Yao.
