An exhibition showcasing 200 graphic seal artworks commenced at the Ningbo Urban Exhibition Hall on Aug 31.
These exquisite creations ingeniously depict elements from countries and regions participating in the Belt and Road Initiative. The artworks brilliantly incorporate various aspects such as country names, indigenous plants and animals, distinguished landmarks, prominent figures, stunning landscapes, and more.
The exhibition is scheduled to run until Sept 15, allowing ample time for visitors to immerse themselves in the display on offer.
Chen Zhenlian, vice-chairman of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and deputy director of the Xiling Seal Art Society, revealed that the works were meticulously fashioned by renowned seal carving masters from across the nation. Unlike their predecessors that traditionally engraved Chinese characters, these graphic seals stand out for their unique fusion of international influences, enabling the dissemination of Chinese culture to a global audience.
