Panamanian champion expects Asiad events

Luis, from Panama, is a former stand up paddle-boarding (SUP) champion. He now lives in Ningbo, a coastal city in Zhejiang province that is perfect for various water sports. Though SUP is not included in the upcoming Hangzhou Asian Games, Luis is eager to watch the sailing event in Ningbo.
