A digital platform dubbed "Zhejiang water is delicious" has effectively solved the problems of high operating costs and low efficiency in some areas by consolidating all management matters on one platform, said the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Water Resources.

According to the department, the platform helps ensure more people, especially those living in the remote, rural and mountainous areas, have access to high-quality drinking water.

At present, 9,891 water supply stations and 9,733 water supply sources in the province have been registered on the digital platform. Furthermore, the quality of water from plants that serve 1,000 people and above can now be monitored in real time through the platform.
