Four excellent works of the Ningbo Short Film Festival were recently aired at the Sedicicorto Forlì International Film Festival in Italy.

Among them, Little Warrior was voted as the favorite short film at the festival.

The film, directed by Kazakh director Duman Birleskhan, grabbed the Golden Snail Award for Best Short Film and the Best Director Award at the sixth Ningbo Short Film Festival.

It was also nominated for the Golden Goblet Award at the 24th Shanghai International Film Festival, and won the Best Director Award and Best Cinematography Award at the 7th Asian University Film Festival.

The organizing committee of the Ningbo Short Film Festival has been actively promoting the festival's excellent works overseas in a bid to raise its international profile.

In 2020, the festival became a member of the Short Film Conference (SFC).

In addition to the Sedicicorto Forlì International Film Festival, the organizing committee is also exploring cooperation possibilities with their counterparts in South Korea, New Zealand and Germany.
