National AI summit commences in Ningbo

The 2023 China Artificial Intelligence (Ningbo) Summit commenced in Ningbo's Jiangbei district on July 29.

Distinguished experts and scholars in the fields of artificial intelligence, finance, healthcare, and education from all over the world have gathered at Qiaomengyuan, the exclusive national innovation and entrepreneurship zone tailored to overseas Chinese in East China's Zhejiang province.

During the summit, various industry experts, including academicians from the esteemed Chinese Academy of Sciences and renowned university professors, have shared their latest groundbreaking research advancements, technological implementations, and industry-specific solutions.

According to Guan Xiaohong, an academician at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ningbo, being a city with a strong manufacturing foundation, should work to bridge the gap between information systems, physical systems, and humans.

Over 20 keynote speeches and roundtable forums centered on the practical applications of artificial intelligence have been arranged for participants. This dynamic platform has attracted more than 200 companies and nearly 400 industry experts and scholars, facilitating lively communication and fruitful exchanges.

The emergence of Qiaomengyuan as a prominent entrepreneurial hub in recent years has greatly contributed to the digital economy's rapid growth in Zhejiang province, effectively serving the global community.
