Shui Street and Hanling Block in Ningbo were recently included in a provincial program for high-end pedestrian streets, bringing the number of such streets in the city to four.

In 2021, the city's Laiwaitan, also known as the Old Bund, and Nantang Old Street were included in the program.

Located in the core area of Ningbo South Business District, Shui Street, or Water Street, houses a large number of renowned restaurants and cultural and creative companies.

Hanling Block, which is adjacent to Dongqian Lake - the largest natural freshwater lake in Zhejiang - is a place where visitors can experience local folk customs and savor traditional cuisines.
