Ningbo dragon boat rowers victorious at Asiad

The Chinese women's dragon boat team has achieved remarkable success at the Hangzhou Asian Games, securing its third consecutive gold medal in the dragon boat event on Oct 6.

Led by standout athletes Ding Sijie and Sun Yang, both hailing from Ningbo in Zhejiang province, the team dominated the women's 1,000-meter straightaway race, adding to their previous triumphs in the 500m and 200-m events over the past two days.

Ningbo athletes have been on a winning streak, amassing an impressive total of 14 gold medals, four silver medals, and one bronze medal at this year's Asian Games.
