Management of Registration for Starting Business in China

Requisites for Registration（Starting Registration）

According to the present Chinese laws, foreign enterprises involving following business should first have a registration

1. exploration of oil and other mineral resources

2. construction of buildings, pipe lines, and other installation of equipments

3. as a trustee of foreign enterprises

4. foreign banks with Chinese branches

5. other businesses with the frame of Chinese laws　

Documents Required

1. application form for starting business in China

2. relevant contracts

3. approval documents

4. related documents or certificates which prove the validity of the enterprise

5. documents or certificates which prove the credit of the enterprise

6. appointment book which proves the validity of the board chairman or the general manager

7. report on the capital of the enterprise

8. constitutions and directors of the enterprises

9. document which proves the validity of the office

10. other related documents

Requisite for change of registration:

Foreign enterprises which want to change their registration

Requisite for log-on of registration:

Foreign enterprises do not want to continue their contract or stop a contract before the contracted time

Required Documents for log-on of registration

1. application form for log-n of registration

2. approval from the relevant departments

3. documents which prove enterprise having paid relevant taxes

4. financial report

5. business certificate

6. seal

7. other related documents
