Entrepreneurs to be involved in policy-making in Ningbo
Ningbo in East China's Zhejiang province recently announced that entrepreneurs would be involved in formulating enterprise-related policies in the city starting from Dec 28.
The move is part of efforts to improve the scientificity and standardization of enterprise-related policies and create a stable and transparent business environment.
The drafting departments will solicit opinions and suggestions from entrepreneur representatives, trade associations and chambers of commerce within the city when formulating policies that will have significant impact on enterprises' key interests, rights and obligations, according to a tentative guideline released by the city.
In addition, their opinions and suggestions will be collected when it comes to the formulation of long-term economic and social plans for the region.
Opinions and suggestions will be retrieved by the drafting departments by means such as seminars, on-site trips, questionnaire and letters.
Entrepreneur representatives will be selected from a wide range of sectors.
