Ningbo to hold national home appliance expo in Aug

The 2021 China (Ningbo) Home Appliances Expo is slated to be held in Ningbo, East China's Zhejiang province from Aug 18 to 20.

The expo will span a total area of nearly 50,000 square meters, with about 600 enterprises in the home appliance sector expected to attend. 

The event will be jointly sponsored by the China Chamber of International Commerce, the China Home Appliance Business Association, and the China Home Appliance Research Institute.

Renowned domestic homes appliance brands like Aux and Fotile have confirmed their participation.

In addition, the operators of online streaming platforms like Kuaishou and Douyin will be invited to attend the expo in an effort to broaden the sales channels for home appliance brands.

A head official from the Ningbo municipal chamber of trade promotion revealed that e-commerce platforms from home and abroad, such as Amazon, eBay, Wish, Tmall, and JD.com, are also set to debut at the expo, which will help local home appliance enterprises explore more sales and cooperation opportunities online.
