Fotile takes home four AWE awards

Fotile, a Ningbo-based home appliance brand, recently took home four AWE awards, according to local media reports.

The company's four products including a dishwasher and a water purifier stood out among nearly 500 entrants and won the awards that recognize product quality, innovation, design and customer feedback.

AWE is short for Appliance & Electronics World Expo. The AWE Award is widely considered as the highest honor in the home appliances and consumer electronics sectors in China.

Founded in 1996 in Ningbo, Zhejiang province, Fotile is a manufacturer of kitchen household utensils.

The company designs, produces, and sells kitchen appliances such as range hoods, stoves, disinfection cabinets, microwaves, and dishwashers.

Fotile produced China's first independently designed deep range hood in 1996. The next year, it developed the nation's first artificial intelligence-powered deep range hood which can detect smoke and gas leaks. 

Fotile currently has offices in more than 30 countries worldwide, including the US, Canada, Indonesia and Australia.
