Zhejiang to expand support for employment services

Authorities of East China's Zhejiang province recently announced that they will step up policy support for employment services, create more job opportunities, help market entities emerge and grow, and foster new growth drivers.

According to a new plan unveiled by the authorities, the objectives include having more than 1.1 million people participate in professional skills competitions, providing further education and skill upgrading to at least 20,000 people, and boosting efforts to disseminate job information to the public.

The plan states that Zhejiang will also carry out recruitment activities online and offline, organize skill competitions to train more high-quality workers and promote employment service with the help of the provincial digital platform.
