Fenghua district in Ningbo is currently in the midst of a bustling harvest season for honey peaches, with approximately 26,000 parcels of peaches being distributed to various destinations nationwide every day.

The establishment of the extensive sales network can be primarily attributed to efficient logistics services available in the district. In the past, peach farmers endured arduous journeys to local or distant markets for sales, often resulting in damaged peaches, especially during warm weather conditions that posed challenges for fruit preservation. However, the introduction of home pickup services for peach deliveries and specialized packaging boxes to protect the fruits has brought immense relief to farmers.

Highlighting commitment to timeliness, Wu Haiyong, operations manager of the China Post division in Fenghua district, revealed that their logistics services ensure next-morning delivery by midday in the Yangtze River Delta and next-day delivery outside the region.

In addition to postal services, SF Express plays a crucial role in peach delivery within Ningbo. This year, the company has set up over 40 temporary collection venues to provide uninterrupted door-to-door services for peach farmers.
