On April 28, the Yong's Gourmet Intangible Cultural Heritage Research School — Craftsman Tribe in Zhenhai district, Ningbo, welcomed 25 visitors from the Palestinian Ministry of Labor.

Guided by local heritage instructors, the delegation experienced traditional Chinese rubbing techniques and discovered the cultural values behind them.

Beyond the hands-on activities, the delegation enjoyed local delicacies such as oil-braised bamboo shoots, Fenghua layered cakes, and brown sugar pastries at the headquarters of Yong's Gourmet, Ningbo's folk specialty food brand. These treats were well-received, with many expressing interest in sharing them with family members.

"This is our third international group this year," said Zhang Shaohua, co-founder of Yong's Gourmet. Zhang gave a lecture on China's heritage and time-honored brands, explaining the "intangible cultural heritage + e-commerce" model that helps transform traditional crafts into productive assets.

Zhenhai is using heritage as a bridge for cultural exchange. Craftsmanship and international dialogues offer visitors insights into China's cultural richness. The district plans to collaborate further with institutions like Ningbo University to create vibrant spaces for global engagement.

During the upcoming May Day holiday, Zhenhai will organize special heritage activities, inviting tourists to explore the artistic charm of traditions.
