Ningbo Lishe International Airport marked a milestone with its first export of quadruped robots on June 6. Aboard cargo flight 3V827, four high-tech robots from Hangzhou Deep Robotics Technology Co departed for Germany, expanding China's global presence in advanced robotics.
Weighing over 50 kilograms each, these robots are designed for complex environments, excelling in tasks like power inspection, public safety, obstacle avoidance, and real-time video transmission. This shipment signals the beginning of Deep Robotics' broader international expansion.
To facilitate smooth customs clearance, Ningbo Customs proactively engaged with logistics agents, guiding the company through procedures to ensure compliance. A special green channel service allowed 24/7 expedited processing, reducing port delays and minimizing logistics costs.
"The entire process — from declaration to clearance — was completed in under an hour, saving significant time and expenses," noted Pan Jinghua, manager at Ningbo Mingzhou Branch of Sinotrans Zhejiang Co Ltd.
