Hasan Algafri explored how cutting-edge mobility technologies are enhancing independence and accessibility for the elderly and people with disabilities at the just-concluded 15th Smart City and Intelligent Economy Expo in Ningbo, Zhejiang province.

Among the highlights, Algafri tried the all-terrain intelligent stair-climbing wheelchair. Equipped with intuitive controls such as buttons, a horn, and adjustable speed settings, the device allows users to navigate stairs and uneven surfaces with ease. Initially cautious, he quickly realized the wheelchair's potential, describing it as absolutely impressive.

He emphasized that such innovations could empower individuals with mobility challenges. Algafri also praised China's leadership in technological development, noting that the expo offered a clear glimpse of the country's achievements in smart solutions.
