A new entrepreneurship hub aimed at boosting cross-border trade with Central and Eastern Europe is set to open in Ningbo this July, offering one-person companies (OPCs) access to office space and AI tools.
Located in MAF Center in Fuming subdistrict, Yinzhou district, the Mascube Central and Eastern Europe OPC Park will be the city's first AI-powered OPC park focused on the Central and Eastern European market. Operated by Ningbo Mascube Group, the 1,200-square-meter facility is expected to host more than 100 companies.
According to Zhao Haobo, general manager of the project at Mascube Group, nearly 50 companies have submitted applications to move in. The park will offer flexible workstations, private offices, and a range of incentives, including rent exemptions and subsidies for utilities and property management fees.
Beyond office facilities, tenants will have access to AI-powered services covering product sourcing, multilingual marketing content, and customer development. They will also benefit from direct access to Mascube Group's network of over 60,000 products, 22 product categories, and thousands of manufacturing partners.
Local authorities are complementing the project with bilingual government services, foreign-related support, and startup assistance, hoping to attract overseas students and businesses from Central and Eastern Europe while strengthening Ningbo's international trade network.
