Huatai Intelligent Technology's factory in Thailand’s Rayong Province has unveiled its Ningbo cultural hub, featuring Ningbo-themed books, intangible cultural heritage-inspired products, and traditional graphic prints, bringing the Chinese city's charm to employees.

The factory, covering nearly 80,000 square meters, is a major overseas manufacturing base for Ningbo-based Junhe Pump Industry Co, with 187 employees and an annual planned production capacity of 2 million water pumps.

During breaks, Chinese and Thai employees can browse city guides, explore cultural souvenirs, and learn about landmarks such as Ningbo's Drum Tower and Tianyi Pavilion.

For Thai employees like Maifa, the space offers an introduction to a city she previously knew little about. After reading about Ningbo's history and culture, she became curious about the city's food and daily life. She now hopes to visit one day and experience it for herself.

More than a cultural display, the Ningbo cultural hub has become a bridge between Chinese and Thai employees, encouraging cultural exchange, mutual understanding, and stronger connections. From the shores of the East China Sea to the Gulf of Thailand, Ningbo's culture is finding a new home in everyday life overseas.
