A record 45 key digital trade companies from Ningbo, East China's Zhejiang province, are showcasing their latest products and solutions at the fifth Global Digital Trade Expo, which opened on Sept 23 in Hangzhou.
The participating companies span several exhibition areas, including artificial intelligence, Silk Road e-commerce, and digital entertainment. Many are making their debut at the expo and bringing more technology-driven products than in previous years.
In the AI zone, Ningbo-based Beifa Group is showcasing its Bubugou robotic dog for the first time. Equipped with 50 eye expressions, six servo motors, and a large language model, the robot can respond to different languages, moods, and contexts. It can also interact with children through games such as idiom challenges, arithmetic, and singing.
Stationery maker Deli Group is also making its debut, presenting an AI-powered smart office ecosystem covering computers, printers, meeting-room equipment, and household appliances. Its AI recording card, developed with WeCom, can automatically organize meeting minutes.
Meanwhile, Ningbo China International Forwarding Agency is showcasing integrated digital services covering foreign trade, logistics, finance, and insurance. The company has already applied AI and robotics to tasks including order processing and bill-of-lading checks.
The Ningbo delegation highlights the city's growing focus on turning digital technologies into practical applications and connecting local companies with global digital trade opportunities.
